The file of course didn't shrink so I ended up deleting it and freeing up over 3 GB of space, yeehaw. Anyone know where it is on a Windows XP system? I too think a recent update has made the searchindexer problems even worse. My computer is the slowest running computer i have ever been on and i believe it is because of the CPU usage. have a peek here
